Dr. Namita Dutta, DDS FAGD FICOI
Dr. Dutta has recently(January, 2012) received her Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Dutta has completed an extensive course in implant surgery and placement of implants in order to receive this award. Her continued interest in improving her dental knowledge is to help her better serve her patients in a comprehensive matter.
Dr. Dutta has also(July, 2011) completed and received her Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Fellowship Award. The Fellowship award is presented to dentists who seek to provide the highest quality of dental care by remaining current in their profession. To accomplish this goal, Dr. Dutta completed 500 hours of continuing dental education, passed a comprehensive exam, and fulfilled three years of continuous membership in the AGD.

She has over two decades of experience in the areas of family dentistry and is proficient in Endodontics (root canals), Restorative techniques (crown and bridges), full mouth rehabilitation, Cosmetic (Implants, Veneers, Zoom whitening, etc.), Orthodontics including Invisalign, Periodontics (non surgical gum treatments), prosthodontics (dentures), and TMJ disorders (splint therapy).
Bernardo Dental Office patient profiles vary from young children to families to many senior citizens. Dr. Dutta has been the beneficiary of many long-term relationships with many patients as well as her staff. Her professional staff has also been with the practice long term and a few since 2001. Some patients who started treatment during their elementary school days still seek treatment even though they are now out of town college students.
Dr. Dutta spend much of her spare time learning new areas of dentistry and technologies to better serve her patients dental needs. Bernardo Dental Office is opened Monday through Thursday and every other Saturday, so that Dr. Dutta may attend professional seminars out of town during Fridays and weekends.

Dr. Nhung Nguyen, DDS
Dr. Nhung Nguyen came to our office in September, 2008. She is a graduate of UCSB, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Pharmacology. Dr. Nguyen received her dental degree from the prestigous UCLA and has been practicing denistry in North County for the past 7 years.
Dr. Nguyen is proficient in all aspects of dentistry, including but not exclusive to restorative techniques (crowns and bridges), full mouth rehabilitation, Oral Surgery, Cosmetic (Implants, Veneers, Zoom Whitening, etc.) and Periodontics (non surgical gum treatments).
Dr. Nguyen hobbies include shopping and reading. She, along with her husband and two small children, resides in North County. She is also bilingual, speaking English and Vietnamese.
